PRIVATE PIER! As soon as you walk through the door, you are drawn in to this home by the expansive views of False River. The amenities and unique features are what makes this newly renovated home the perfect getaway. Enjoy the upstairs screened in porch equipped with comfortable furniture and Air King fans. Walk out onto the beautifully landscaped patio and enjoy a book on the BED SWING or cocktail hour on the pier. Downstairs you have a kitchenette, living room, a full bathroom and office space with a printer and office supplies. Upstairs you have kitchen, dining, living, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Fenced backyard. There is a place to tie boat near walkway. We are available during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. No more than 8 occupants allowed. Additional day guests (maximum 4) must be pre-approved by Owner. No pets allowed. Owner is a licensed Realtor. (The boat lift is not available)
Guests have access to the entire townhome and private pier. There is a community boat launch.
Sleeping arrangements: King, Queen, 2 twin and 2 futons.
Must sign a rental agreement and provide copy of drivers license.

Summary: We stayed here for three nights and had such a wonderful stay. The view of False River was beautiful and peaceful. The property was well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.It was myself, my two older teen kids, and one of my teen’s friends. The two separate living areas were perfect for our group. Having two living rooms and two patios with views of the water was incredibly useful. It allowed us to hang out together when we wanted to, but also allowed us to have separate areas to watch tv in the evenings. There was a fridge in the downstairs living area, which was really convenient. The ability to control the temperature for the upstairs and downstairs areas separately was an unexpected and much appreciated amenity.My oldest kid caught an huge catfish while fishing off the pier, we played games on the covered patio, and grilled on the downstairs patio. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again, it was fantastic all around.

Summary: With a daughter in her senior year at my Alma Mater LSU, and playing in her final home game in The Golden Band From Tiger Land after 4 memorable years as a trumpeter, it was an amazing family get together for Thanksgiving. What a GREAT property, and an amazing setting.

Summary: We had to travel for a graduation in Baton Rouge and wanted a place for us and one of friends to get away and relax. This was the perfect location for a peaceful get away. I would definitely recommend again in the future.

Summary: Perfect location, less than 30 minutes outside of Baton Rouge. Beautiful town house, decorated very tasteful, with all high end appliances. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower heads are amazing. Shout out to Karen, who made our stay, extra special. I definitely would stay there again.
