Kingsize bed. Ideal location for visiting the many attractions and picturesque Cotswold villages and towns. Perfect for walking, shopping, sight seeing, relaxing and fishing, Sorry no smoking or pets. Minimum 2 night bookings only. Unfortunately we cannot take children under 12 yrs.

Summary: Everything about this apartment was perfect. It was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Sitting on the patio watching the ducks in the lake was a lovely bonus. A very short walk to town. Alison is am amazing host. We had to reschedule our stay twice because of covid and Alison made that process super easy. She made certain that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend a stay here .

Summary: We had a three night break at this apartment which we throughly enjoyed. Five minutes walk into Bourton which is a lovely place, lots of restaurants, great Co-op for food. The apartment is great for two, beautiful views of the lake which you can walk around, ducks and ducklings, resident heron. Lots of parking, we can’t wait to go back there. If you belong to the NationalTrust there are lots of places to visit in the area.

Summary: What a brilliant apartment just 5 mins walk from the centre of this beautiful village. The property is immaculate and clean and set in beautiful grounds overlooking the properties own large lake. Really pleased we chose to stay here

The apartment was beautiful overlooking the lake .It had eveything you needed and was finished to a high spec. The sofas were realy comfortable as was the bed.We parked right outside our property .
