A dream lake house retreat: Walk-out level offers 2 bedrooms with attached 2 full baths, large very comfortable family room with pool table, and full kitchen. Magnificent water views from every room. Walk out to level lot and spacious outdoor siting area and commercial grade bar and grill. Take Kayaks out for an early morning sun rise. South side of Lake Keowee is just minutes from Clemson University and Seneca.
Rent a boat or jet skis that could be delivered right to the dock. Come enjoy the magnificent deep water of Lake Keowee and the many lake activities: boating, jet skiing, fishing, and of course swimming. Take a short boat ride over to the Falls, the jumping off rock; or have lunch at the Tiki Hut or Light House restaurants. Enjoy the wonderful out door bar and siting area, perfect for enjoying lake living after a day on the lake. The flat back yard is perfect to play croquet, corn hole, or badminton.

Summary: Sylvie and Mike have a beautiful home on the lake. We need to get back in the future to fully take advantage of the location as it was cold and rainy the whole 3 days. But Sylvie really makes you feel welcome in her pre-arrival communications and the game day tailgating pass at their rental property is very convenient to the stadium!

Summary: The house is very nice and so is the outside kitchen/sitting area. The yard and lake access are great. The neighborhood is quite. The only drawback is that it is just the lower level of the house, but that is well explained when renting. I would recommend it.

Summary: Beautiful water front home. Our host Sylvie made it easy for our arrival and departure. Very clean and comfortable with lots of space and activities for any age. We enjoyed relaxing and the view of Lake Keowee. Hard to leave, such a great place. Would definitely love to return. Summary: We had an excellent experience on Lake Keowee. Mike and Sylvie were fantastic hosts. Our family enjoyed the lake, the kayaks, and all the other recreational activities provided at the house. We hope to go back, and if we do, we will definitely stay here.

Summary: Sylvie and Mike were very gracious and helpful owners. They live on site in the top of the house, but definitely respected our privacy yet made themselves available when we had questions or needed help. Also, the entire gorgeous back yard was ours for the week with beautiful dock, outdoor kitchen/bar, lawn games, grassy yard, beach, kayaks, and canoe. We loved every minute!

Summary: We came to visit our son who is a freshman at Clemson. It was great to have a relaxing place to gather for his Fall break. Our hosts could not have been nicer. Very peaceful setting and plenty of activities for our kids (ping pong, badminton, etc).
