Summary: Attention to detail - there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and Renee was incredibly quick to address all issues. I have been to Beavercreek multiple times to visit family and have found very few places to stay with our whole family and this one was by far the best. It is comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The location is great, being close to the walking/running path and a fun pizza place, both within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things!

Summary: We were visiting my 87 year old aunt in Centerville. The house is very clean. The owner very responsive and the house is close to shopping.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location: a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a pizza place and and ice cream place! The hot tub was great - I wish we had used it more during our stay. There was a lot of open green space in the back - but no fenced yard (fyi if traveling with young children). All of the beds were super comfortable. There were some nicknacks and plants in the living room that I moved up higher so my toddler wouldn’t break them, but overall it was a comfortable place to be with kids! We would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Overall the house is great. The beds are comfortable . The hot tub I did not use due to the water inside it being green.. yuck!! The water supply in the house has a very strong smell.. I’m guessing it’s well water.. not sure if there’s much that can be done to improve that. When doing a load of laundry be aware the dryer timer is broken.. the dryer does not turn off on it’s own it will just keep running forever. Also would have been nice to have a toaster.
