Summary: The hotel was lovely and so were the staff. Everything was clean and it was great. Only complaint is the bed was too hard, but that's just a preference.

Summary: The towels were like sandpaper. Qhen paying to stay at a 4 star hotel you would think the towels would be nicer. The was okay but not great. We didn't get the rooms we asked for. 2 rooms, both with a king bed and foldout couch. We got rooms with a king and fold out couch but no knob for the adjoining room. The other room had o ly a king, but it was almost on the floor and the room was hadicap accessible, which we didn’t book. Our show in that room was awkward because it was what you see in a hospital or hospice room. Bed wasn't comfortable.

Summary: We stayed here as a family of 3. We were all sleeping and at 1:00 am got a phone call from reception saying the people below us were complaining about too much noise, we had been asleep for hours and were woken up. I don't know if the walls are super thin but it was definitely frustrating to be woken up in the middle of the night.

Summary: Courtyard was awesome, Expedia not so much. I paid extra for the breakfast and Expedia just added it to my room rate and there was no mention of it on any receipt I had. It's 2025, surely y'all know what an itemized receipt is.
