Summary: Rented this place when dropping of my student to App State in Boone .. it’s about 20 minutes away from campus . The cottage was very clean , quiet & remote .. loved the creek in the back, it was very peaceful . There is not much around as for restaurant & grocery store . Would definitely recommend if you like the quietness & calm ..

Summary: Beautiful little rural cottage! Very clean, love the creek behind the house. Be aware the driveway and access to backyard could be difficult especially in acclimate weather. Overall great hosts and nice place.

Summary: We rented this property when we moved my daughter into App State. Stream in the back was very relaxing. A few glitches but the owner was quick to answer. It was not all that easy to find it because of the rural area, but I think being off the main roads is a plus. Would stay there again.
