Welcome to our beautiful home near Clearwater and the beaches. This is a newly remodeled home with private entrance, spacious parking, large fenced in backyard and a private home that features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, updated kitchen and living room.
We love our home and we’re sure you will like it too! :)
The home is couple of minutes away from the beach and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, & family entertainment. You are 5 mins from Largo downtown and across the street to Largo Central Park where they have lots of festivals and activities.
(You will never run out of things to do as we provide all our guests a guidebook containing information of where to eat, what to do & where to shop. )

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed aBedroom has a closet (ironing board, iron, extra towels, extra pillows and bed sheet set). Beach chairs are provided for your beach days!
Bedroom 2: Bedroom has a queen sized bed with new comfy bedding.
Livingroom: Gather around the smart TV with your loved ones to enjoy a movie together or play any of the family board games provided.
Kitchen: Fully stocked chef's kitchen ready to cook all your favorite home cooked meals. Kitchen is loaded with all the cooking essentials i.e. blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking set, salt, pepper, spices, oil.
Coffee bar: Enjoy your coffee/ tea time with various selections of your favorite drink :)
Dining area: Gather around the dining table with 3 chairs (one extra chair is in the bedroom).
Bathroom: Bathroom has bath tub, cabinet filled with toiletries, hair dryer, extra towels, makeup towel..
Backyard: Enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful tropical yard and catch the morning sunrise. Or sit out to read your favorite magazine or book while enjoying the beautiful weather of Southeast Florida, while your kids are having fun and playing in a spacious area.

This home has two beds and can accomodate 4 adults/kids and an extra 5th child only for which we could provide a pack and play for the 5th person.
All pets must be approved by host. We do have restrictions.

The neighborhood:
Free parking on site for at least two cars.
Our beautiful home is located conveniently centrally, very close to Clearwater, near the golf course, across the Largo Central Park, 15 minutes to Dunedin downtown, 15 min to Honeymoon Island and 15 minutes to the Clearwater Beach, 5 min to Clearwater downtown. Couple of mins to Toronto Blue Jays Stadium. 30 min to St. Pete downtown and Tampa. 2 hrs to Disney Parks and Universal Studios. You are 20 min from St. Pete/Clearwater airport and 30 min from TPA airport. You are 5 mins from Largo downtown and Dunedin downtown, both have wonderful shops and amazing restaurants on the pier and along the street. Countryside Mall is 15 min away for a great shopping experience. Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks is 30 min away and you can take a trolley to it.
Pets needs to approved by the HOST.**********Pets are welcome but we have breed restrictions and restrictions on pets please ask us prior to confirming your reservation *********Please be mindful of what you choose when you book our listing. We do have a strict and non-refundable policy. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that will pay your expenses if any unexpected cancellation occurs. That might be smart for your flight as well, if you’re afraid it will be cancelled.
Please make sure your pets are clean and groomed, if the room smells like pets when you leave there will be a charge for cleaning assessed, this does happen sometimes and we're very fair about this policy. We have a pet restriction on some pets and all pets must be approved. You must let us know how many pets and what breed you are bringing.
