Positive: Great welcome from the host. Basic, clean and comfortable accommodation. Nice that the room had patio doors and a small out door space. Less than 10 min walk from the station. Would stay again

Positive: Everything was great . Had thought it had an on suite but it was a shared bathroom but that was fine . Need to read the info 🙂 It was a quiet location set back from the road . Bus stop very close which was great . No problems whatsoever 👌
Negative: It was all fine and Scott was helpful and there if we needed help .

Positive: The "manager" is very friendly and diligent. He has to be, because a normal person will understand from the ad that the room has private bathroom, as the other reviews have also mentioned. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before. So you will have to listen how to how to use the toilet and shower. The one for all rooms. And where to put the garbage. Unfortunately he forgot to teach me how to use the bedware, so I had to pay penalty for "damaged bedding" getting pictures of some stains on duvet cover (before wash). The room is nice and clean - not much to clean there is only a bed and a metal chair and table in the room as also shown on the picture. The window-door opens onto a patch of artificial grass in front of the house. A good foot massage. I would still like the shower tap to be changed, because the water drips all the time and the seals on the bath back wall and protective glass could also look neater. Nothing personal. 5 is acceptable.
Summary: Nice and quiet place.
