Positive: Very good location, less than 5 minutes from underground station and about 10 min from the East Paris Station (by underground). Lots of food shops around and restaurants. Very cosy place with all that was needed, bed, kitchen, shower. It felt comfortable and welcoming. Very good communication with the host is also a plus. Truly recommend this property.
Negative: Everything was alright

Positive: The location is perfect because there are many supermarkets, laundry rooms and boulangeries in the area. The metro and bus station are respectively 2 and 5 minutes from the apartment, so that is very convenient. The property is more spatious than typical Parisian apartments and it has a lovely outdoor space. As for the apartment complex, everyone is nice and quiet.
Negative: Firstly, the cleanliness: I read the reviews before booking this property and I noticed that others complained about this, but I hoped that the owner would take this into account and solve the problem. It isn’t the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in, but if there is a cleaning lady (as the owner claims) then they are superficially cleaning the apartment and definitely not working for 4 hours. Cleaning the property as I found it takes 1 hour at best. Another complaint I read was the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom and I can confirm that it is persistent. I would’ve hoped that after reading so many reviews on this aspect, the owner would’ve done something, but unfortunately he did not. To conclude, for 4 nights and 5 days we were only given one and a half rolls of toilet paper, which definitely isn’t enough for a woman on her period, and no kitchen rolls/paper towels for the kitchen.
Summary: If you are on a low budget, have low expectations and know that you are going to be spending most of your stay in Paris

Positive: Clean house and bathroom. Useful kitchen, kitchen equipment avalaible. 200 meters away from the metro. There Is a FranPrix store in the same street.
Negative: The only little malus is the pillows.

Positive: Very close to shops, metro and RER stations so was quick to get into central Paris. The local area was quiet, and the apartment had what we needed for our stay.
Negative: The bathroom had quite a strong and persistent odor without any obvious source or way to air it out. The bed seemed to have been made up with dirty sheets so had to swap them over with the clean sheets on the sofa bed.

Positive: The apartment is not big, but inside there is everything you need and there is an exit to the courtyard. The house is located 7 minutes from the metro, there are minimarkets and bakeries along the road, and a large supermarket near the metro. The owner of the apartment was responsive to all our requests. Thanks a lot.
Negative: If you don't ventilate all day, a strong smell appears.

Positive: The arrondissement and location, it felt very safe. Really close to the metro and to 4 supermarkets. The apartment was great
