Summary: Charming older small cottage in paradise. Privacy. Beautiful view luxurious pool,.Def need a car if you want to get around,or a taxi as location is not easy to walk about. Owner Scott is helpful and quick to respond to our communications.Property comes with 2 lovable dogs . Fabulous trip!!

Summary: Scott was very helpful and patient in guiding us to the property. His two dogs were sweet and delightful companions on the pool deck, which also has a great view. We could walk into town for dinner, which was a welcome relief after all the crazy driving on this island. The cozy apartment had everything we needed (mainly we like to be able to make breakfast so we don't have to go out for EVERY meal). We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The owners were amazing and so helpful. The pool was beautiful and we had it to ourselves almost always. You are only sharing it with owners and one other unit. It is close to places to eat and you could walk to them but have a hill to climb home. The view is of the entire harbor. Also we ate several meals on our patio. Two people is really about all you want to put in this adorable cabin.

Summary: Scott’s place was great. We were in the cottage; a separate space from the main property that was a sleeping area/bedroom, couch/sitting area, kitchen and bathroom. The island chickens took some getting used to; we joked their circadian rhythm was messed up. Earplugs recommended for light sleepers. The property has a great deck with a pool where we enjoyed a few sunsets with a great view from above Charlotte Amalie. A couple friendly dogs kept us company when on the deck and were welcome company for us. Scott was super helpful with directions from the airport and with great recommendations for our time on the island. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Summary: Everything was perfect! Pool had a fantastic view, walking distance to shops and restaurants (it’s a steep hill side but great exercise if you can handle that). Great communication, cleanliness and overall experience! Thank you!

Summary: Beauuuuuutiful views!! Quaint, comfortable, affordable cottage style carribbean living! The Super HOST couple are lovely, kind, helpful and committed to making your stay pleasant and enjoyable...one note: although its within walking distance to dining and shopping, etc, if you have an injury or are not accustom to walking uphill then be sure to rent a car or prepare to taxi often...Im a walker and enjoyed the exercise!

Summary: Communications with Scott was wonderful. He stayed in touch with us from the initial booking to the arrival late at night to the villa. The amenities of the room was more than enough. We loved the refrigerator that was enough to keep all of the island food leftovers. Thanks!! This surprise visit back to my hometown left us without a rental vehicle but the close walking proximity to town was a plus. Stay at Bellavista for future visits?? Yes
