Summary: The space was great and the host Scott was very helpful and accommodating. Close to town and walkable to shopping and restaurants, but there are a lot of stairs. We enjoyed the pool. If you want a place with privacy and views of the harbor and you are ok getting a bit of exercise from the stairs, this is the place to stay.

Summary: Genuinely had one of our best vacations ever in great part due to this suite and the hosts themselves! Very clean room in a fantastic and central location, which somehow was both steps away from downtown yet secluded enough to feel like we were miles away from other tourists. We both agree - we wouldn’t stay anywhere but here in the future!

Summary: The property was perfect for us - most notable was the beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. Scott was more than helpful and made us feel right at home, very attentive to our questions and even offered us beach chairs for our stay. The only concern for renting this property is stairs --- if you have any knee or joint problems might evaluate. However, you will find this common in St. Thomas and St. John. We had a wonderful 6 full days of exploring beautiful beaches.

Summary: If driving, be sure to let Scott direct you. Private pool with large deck. Room overlooks bay and provides view of cruise ships. Within easy walking distance to shopping. Also very close to historic Reformed church and Jewish synagogue.

Summary: We originally booked a regular room at the hotel, but then realized a 1 BR condo was basically the same price. The unit was lovely and the balcony and view was terrific. The property manager was also very attentive and kind. Would definitely return.

Summary: My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and the accommodations at the Estate Queens Quarter, and would recommend this for anyone visiting St Thomas and Charlotte Amalie in particular. Queens Quarter comes with a spectacular view literally on top of Charlotte Amalie. The private quarter is quaint, very clean and comfortable. And the pool felt like it was all ours, complete with that amazing view. Access to all the shopping and great cuisine is great, even considering the short trek down the stairs. Scott the owner, and his wife are such accommodating and friendly hosts, we felt at home. We will return.
