You will love the pool & spa, this is a great space for the whole family to relax and chill.
Enjoy the Outdoor fresco ambience while the BBQs cooking, PLUS play pool while having a beer in the games area!! So much fun to be had :)

GREAT LOCATION with the Gondola only 2km down road with world-famous Mountain Bike Park in same location and town is only 5min away. Store of space for bikes on the property.
There is a large fish tank in the home with turtles and fish, if you could be so kind, they will need feeding once a day while you stay a lovely addition that the kids will enjoy.
The house also now has a resident cat, he is mostly always outside, easy to care for just pop his food in bowl which is all organised for you. His name is Tuntun and he is a ginger cat. Please let me know if you are wanting to book but someone in your group has a cat allergy.

Summary: Thanks for such a wonderful time in your amazing house. The location was perfect. So close to everything. We had a great time. The spa, pool, pool table and the whole house was just perfect for our extended Whanau. We loved feeding the fish and turtles and Tun Tun was just beautiful. Would definitely book again and recommend to others 😊

Summary: Fantastic spacious holiday home! Great facilities and lovely outdoor area. Would have been perfect if there was a second shower for large groups but loved having two bathrooms regardless. Wonderful host - hope we can stay again one day!

Summary: Great holiday home, we all had a wonderful time there. Fantastic entertainment area Bonus is the pool to keep cool, and then the spa pool to soak in, in the morning before house wakes up and at the end of the day after visiting the many attractions Rotorua is known for.
