There is half an hectare of orchard, and a garden where you can sunbathe (on the deckchairs provided), everything is fenced in, plus there is a smaller enclosure called the "Dog House" the house is surrounded by a terrace where you can have lunch or sunbathe, a large barbecue with wheels you can cook where you want, at the end of the property under a majestic turkey oak the owner has made a large table with a bench where the children go to draw. Laundry facilties like washing machine and iron keep you free from laundry worries. Parking is on-site. Woodstove and heating are there for a cozy stay. Bicycles are available so that you can explore the area. You can also bring 3 of your pets for a small fee.
The state railways are just 7 km from there you can reach all of Italy. Pisa Airport is 98 km away.

Summary: Goed uitgeruste vakantiehuis. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Krijgen regelmatig tips van de eigenaar wat er te doen is in de buurt. Ook voor onze kinderen genoeg te doen. Boodschappen op 5 min. rijden met de auto. Zeer grote tuin met veel schaduwplekken. Zeer groot balkon waar het goed toeven is.

Summary: Wunderbares Haus in den Pistoia Mountains. Sehr nette Vermieter, die unseren Aufenthalt mit tollen Tipps bereichert haben und jederzeit ansprechbar waren. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und besticht mit einem großen Garten mit vielen Bereichen zum entspannen. Ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen kann man hier gut seinen Urlaub genießen und gleichzeitig ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt um z.B. Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und Siena zu besuchen. Auch die direkte Umgebung lockt mit vielen Attraktionen wie z.B. die Suspension Bridge oder das unsichtbare Dorf Lucchio und natürlich mit vielen Wanderungen, die man in toller Landschaft, unternehmen kann. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Summary: De eigenaars zijn heel toffe mensen , je kan er alles aan vragen , goede info gekregen als er in de buurt iets te doen was . Woning en tuin zijn top , heel rustig gelegen . Zeker een aanrader voor mensen met honden die van de rust houden , veel wandel mogelijkheden in de nabije buurt . Is een streek en zeker de woning waard om nog ooit eens terug te komen . Bravo aan de eigenaars , dikke pluim .

Summary: De eigenaars hadden op voorhand zelf al contact opgenomen met ons. Dit vonden wij heel leuk, we voelden ons meteen welkom. Wanneer we aankwamen, stonden de eigenaars onmiddellijk klaar voor een heel gastvrije rondleiding. Ook onze hond werd enthousiast verwelkomd. De accommodatie ligt op een unieke locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. De locatie zelf is ideaal voor personen met een hond (genoeg ruimte in en en rond de vakantiewoning).

Summary: We spent 10 days in this villa in the Tuscan mountains and had an absolutely wonderful time. We were looking for a quiet place to relax with the opportunity to do daytrips to Florence and Lucca and to the beach. Our two dogs could be left alone in the huge, terraced garden, which was completely fenced in. The house is very spacy, with a large living room-dining room area and open kitchen. The best feature is the huge panorama terrace with a beautiful view over the valley and the georgious countryside. It's the last house in a quiet side street and there is only forest after that. Good food shops within 10 mins reach. If you need a big supermarket -- it's half an hour away, out of the mountains, in Pistoia. Our hosts were wonderful -- thank you again Carlo and Cinzia -- already getting in contact via Whatsapp while we were travelling to Italy and accompanying us throughout our holiday in the background, with many good suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Nothing was too much for them, we really appreciated their help a lot. So, if you look for a quiet mountain stay in a comfortable house and location, this is it! We would definitely go back.
