Summary: Mark’s Carpinteria condo was exactly what we needed. A clean, quiet and comfortable home base while we visited Carpinteria and explored the area. Close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, and under an hour from endless hiking trails with amazing views and gorgeous beaches. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we’re both quite picky). Mark was responsive and available, should we have needed anything, and there’s a wonderful beach and walking path under two blocks away. We plan to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Summary: The property was ideally located a hop skip and jump from the beach. Close to all amenities and the unit is well maintained and clean. Correspondence from the owner was unmatched and on point. We wanted for nothingand we most definitely recommend this gem for ypur next Carpinteria getaway.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay. This condo is in the perfect location, one block to the sand and a short walk into town. The condo itself is perfect for a couple or family of 3. It has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Mark was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this place.

Summary: I was in Carpinteria for work and stayed in this quiet, comfortable place for three nights. It has everything you'd want, including a full kitchen. I was very happy to see there was plenty of coffee and a good coffee maker! The bed is huge with a great mattress. Great shower and water pressure too. The condo is only a block from the beach and within walking distance of all Carpinteria has to offer. The owner was responsive and I didn't have any issues getting in or checking out. I'd definitely stay here again!
