Positive: Wonderful place wich has all that you will need inside! Very spacious! Very cosy and worm!! And there is a beautiful and peaceful garden to it, wich I found so relaxing even in December.. The apartment is in nice neighborhood very close to heart of the city!

Positive: A spacious flat with a comfortable bed and a large living room. It has everything you need. There is even a small courtyard with an umbrella and a table, but I didn't have time to use it. The windows in the living room don't protect against noise when trucks or ambulances drive by, but there isn't much traffic on the street. The bedroom is very quiet. The flat is quite clean. Small rugs near the beds could be added, especially in cold season they would come in handy. The kitchen also has everything you need for cooking. Some appliances (such as the kettle, oven, coffee machine) could be replaced or upgraded (some are old or partly functional). The fridge is large and good, the owners even left a few cans of beer in it.

Negative: In generl a good value for money. As mentioned above: The windows in the living room don't protect against noise when trucks or ambulances drive by, but there isn't much traffic on the street. The bedroom is very quiet. Positive: The location is good, the facility has fully functional kitchen with all you need. It was clean and very pleasant. The small yard offers the ability to dine outside or have coffee which was great for us.

Negative: I must warn that although the toilet was clean it was very small. The door touches your knees when you close it if you are a person on the bigger side you might find it very difficult or even impossible to use with the door closed. It is separate from the bathroom which is good but still uncomfortably small.

Positive: Location is close to the city. Right in the middle of north and south stations. Easy access to all attractions in the city.

Negative: Doors are not easy to open. Feels like an old house. A nice renovation would fix the place and can give more Cozy feel for people who stay. Also better to replace the utensils with new ones. Cold inside even with heaters on.

Positive: Location is quite OK, not too far from Madou metro station and in a calm street. Basic but convenient utilities and bathroom.

Negative: On arrival, the flat was a bit musty. Opened the windows opposite, after a while the air was OK. Should really have been done by the cleaning/owner. Wall behind the bed seemed a bit moldy at first but upon closer inspection I think it just was plaster. I also missed a lamp next to the bed.
