Only a dozen steps from the beach, Most friends say, 'It's the best location to enjoy the Ocean & Coast sites.' The hosts are pleasant to work with. That, along with Shorepoint's location, makes it the destination that has many continuous repeat guests.
Families can build sandcastles or go sea-shelling. Summary: This was a nice, clean beach house. We spent three nights over the fourth of July weekend. Unfortunately, there were no fireworks allowed this year, however, there were many individual displays around the bay to enjoy. The weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the deck and beach to the fullest. Really, my only complaint was the knobs on the range were so worn that you couldn't read the settings and temperature when using the oven.

Summary: Our 1st rental from VRBO and it was a great experience. House was clean and VERY well stocked with those extras that you always forget to pack along. The daily view of the changing bay was spectacular! All on one level made it easy to be together for all family members to participate.

Summary: Super location, private, yet close to town, just over the bridge. Exactly as described, older, but well-maintained. The deck had a couple of boards that needed replacing, but other than that, it was fine. Would love to come again during crabbing season!

Summary: The owner was wonderful to dialogue with. The only problem with our stay was a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. (The part had been ordered to fix it and had not arrived yet. The owner got another one, but we couldn’t get it to turn on so we used lots of bags of ice to cool our food.) The views from the house and the beach right below were fabulous. We loved it! I use a power wheel chair and to make the house wheelchair accessible we had to use our portable ramp, take the door off the hinges to get into the bathroom and use a portable commode to have security bars in order to make the home wheelchair accessible, but we are so glad it worked! We highly recommend this house.

Summary: The view and location are 5 star! The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the refrigerator was really dirty when we arrived, there is no heat in third bedroom with the bunk beds so it was COLD and it took us 3 days to find the remote to the TV. Having said that, none of those would prevent us from staying there again! Our family of 9 had a great week there over Thanksgiving. Kids played in the sand and water and we could supervise from the deck. The kitchen was really well appointed, we cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and had everything we needed to do so. I would recommend this rental to anyone with kids looking for a great beach rental.
