Positive: Location is optimal to explore the entire city. We were on the sixth floor, the apartment had a lot of light and no noise from the streets.
Negative: 1) Kitchen well equipped but no microwave. 2) We were 3 guests but there were complementary products only for two (welcome Nespresso cups, sugar, only shampoo gel instead of shower gel). When we asked if we could have some additional shower gel we were replied (by message) that the shampoo gel could be used for both.... so cheap! 3) The third bed is a cot. If you have back issues, not recommended.

Positive: Stunning apartment in Vienna within easy reach of the city centre. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There was a cold spell in Vienna during our stay but the apartment was warm and cosy. The host Werner was very welcoming and responded quickly to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting Vienna.

Positive: Everything about this location was perfect! The location is wonderful, very close and accessible for everyone looking to visit the city's centre. The apartment is surrounded by different public transportation stops that are close by (subway, bus, tram) and filled with local gems (great supermarkets, pastry shops, cafes, and restaurants). The apartment was clean, very practical, and comfortable, with a generous balcony, and a beautiful view of the city. A special shout out to our wonderful host, Werner! We made the mistake of locking ourselves out right on the first day of the year and he made the amazing gesture of coming back into the city to help us get back in. Not only is the location wonderful, but Werner was a very polite, careful, and extremely attentive host. He is super helpful and friendly, and always available for his customers.
Negative: Nothing that I can think of. As I said, everything was perfect.
Summary: Beautiful location, super practical, and a wonderful host! We will 1000% come back in November.

Positive: Apt lived up to our expectations- it was comfortable, well-appointed, attractive, quiet and clean. There were also great blackout shades which is important especially in the summer. The location was also very good with lots of appealing restaurants to explore in the neighborhood.
Negative: My only frustration is that I mistakenly booked 1 adult and 2 kids instead of 2 adults and 2 kids- and the differential I was charged by the host was considerably higher than what I saw on Booking.com if I searched for the stay with 2 adults vs. 1 adult (which I mentioned to no avail). It was still a decent value, but I was disappointed it wasn't closer to the pricing differential on booking.com.
Summary: Comfortable, modern apartment well-suited for a couple or families- in a good location.

Positive: Fantastic apartment, spacious and excellent balcony that faced west so you got the afternoon sun. Excellent location with all the shops and dining areas in the street parallel or a short scooter ride away. Supermarket is also around the corner, as is the local train station, which is about 2-3 stops from the city centre. Host is a very friendly bloke and was always contactable.
Negative: Note that you need to pay extra for a portable air-conditioning unit, and this is not displayed in the English version of the booking.com website - this appears to be a website issue and not the host's issue. The host will double check with you prior to check in to confirm whether to proceed so it's totally fine. A/C is definitely advisable during the summer months.
Summary: Fantastic stay and very comfortable, close and convenient to everything.

Positive: The apartment is wonderful. Clean, modern, spacious and well-designed, you will not be disappointed renting this short-stay apartment. The host responsive and amiable and offered many tips on the area and was always available to address anything that might go wrong. It is located a short walk from a U station (Pilgramgasse on the U4) and on a number of bus routes, including the bus to the new HBF. With Vienna's superb public transit system you can get anywhere in Vienna (or beyond) quickly and easily. The neighborhood boasts numerous bakeries, cafés, restaurants and grocery stores. The street can be busy with a lot of loud traffic, but that falls off during the night. There are three large doors that allow in lots of natural light and when open provide a cool breeze. The balcony overlooking a church provides a lovely spot for afternoon cocktails. The washing machine is in the basement (and costs 1 euro per load), but that was not a problem. Overall, must say it is 10/10.
