Summary: +good location +the breakfast was lovely! +the girls in reception were the absolute friendliest people we meet during the whole trip! +newly renovated and very “fresh” interior -warm room (didn’t use the AC though!) -we had booked a room for 3 people, worked great with the bed +sofa bed, but the rest of the room was not “matching” with glasses/cups/towels etc (still only 2) Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Great location and lovely property. There was one man on reception on check in who wasn’t friendly, I’d gone on the trip to practise my German and upon check was told he had a headache and didn’t want to speak German or help and to just speak English. But he was very rude about it, all the the staff were extremely friendly and nice apart from the one person. The room and the hotel was stunning, however I went with my mum and we had a twin room, the twin room is 2 single beds and are not big enough for the average adult. I’m a 6ft 2 male and didn’t fit on. However the bed itself was very comfy, just not big enough. Other than that really liked the hotel and would stay there again

Summary: Overall a very average basic hotel with a fancy design. Good mattresses but room lacks many items including safe, working modern tv, proper lighting, and other functionalities.

Summary: I am rather uncertain how this was a 4 star hotel. The photos posted on Expedia's website do not look like the rooms at all. The hallways have peeling wall paper and torn carpeting. Our first room had a water leak making the bathroom flood. There are no closets. There is no where to put your bag, so be ready to open it on the floor. There is also no safety deposit box, mini-bar, nor fridge, all items I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Summary: Pleasant stay for a weekend break. Room was a bit dated and was in need of a refresh. Was surprised to find that the bar isn’t open on a Sunday & Monday night.

Summary: Minus the recent construction and updating the place, it’s a convenient place to stay not far from the city center. The staff are nice and accommodating and made sure that a comfortable stay is achieved. I will recommend this place.
