Summary: Hotel itself was nice. Area around needs cleaned up bad. Not a fan of paying $130 for a room online then getting there to pay another $50 hold fee on top that you won’t give back to me for 7-10 business days especially when you take it out automatically

Summary: Manager was unfriendly and lacked customer service. Bottom of shower curtain was covered in mold. Bugs and even a tick in the room. We were put in a smoking room and now all of our belongings smell.

Summary: Stay was good little miscommunication from reservation call number but resolved. Only thing is since it is pet friendly i didnt expect to see the entire hotel surrounded by holly bushes. They are poisonous to dogs if eaten, so juat keep your dogs from eating them and your good
