Summary: Check in service was great! Fast and friendly. Room was good .. the only issue was the towels in the bathroom felt weird and almost had a "syrup" smell too them. I was too tired after 11 hours of driving, i didn't bother with it. Slept good, queen bed was comfortable and pillows were good.

Summary: Accessible room was ok. Needs bars for toilet. Coffee machine in room did not work, nor did 3rd floor ice machine. Bed comfortable although outside traffic from fast food was annoying.

Summary: Katrice checked us in and was so very kind and professional, the lobby and breakfast area were spotless and well decorated. Room was beautiful! Quiet, nice heavy doors, brand new everything, and the lighting was perfect! You wont be disappointed here!
