Summary: Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was above average. Pool and hot tub are being renovated and are unusable. Great experience overall.

Summary: Older, nice, clean hotel that seems to have been renovated. Sits on a steep hill overlooking the Georgia mountains. Be aware the drive from the main road to the hotel is a short steep grade. The pool is completely out of service. Looks like they are tearing it out or renovating it. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Summary: we enjoyed our stay at the best Western and Ellijay, Georgia. However, we were not aware of the pool and hot tub being under renovation until after we had paid for our room. Also, we were unaware of them, not having an elevator, which would normally not be a big deal however, one of our guest had recently hurt their back and it was difficult for them to walk up and down the stairs. The staff was amazing, There breakfast was really good. And it's an amazing view.

Summary: Reception was excellent and was cleaning asked for the room to be made but they will only do trash and towels. A bit disappointing . Refrigerator is noisy
