They saw a log cabin in Southern Living Magazine and decided that that is what they wanted as a "come together" location for their grown children and grandchildren. They saw Deer Ridge and immediately knew it was meant to be.
As you walk inside the cabin, you'll notice the comforting touches everywhere - a perfect place to rest your feet after a day of mountain exploration. Cozy up on the couch in front of the fireplace and unwind. Enjoy fun with the whole family in the game room - complete with a pool table and a 65” flatscreen TV, it's a great amenity (and a place of great enjoyment).
The kitchen has everything you need for a great meal. From the breakfast bar seating to the stainless-steel appliances, it's like you're at home sweet home! Then, when you're ready to step outside and take in the outdoors, Deer Ridge is prepared for you. Summary: The cabin was awesome, clean, cozy and great location. It was a bit of a time getting to the creek due to the steep bank but it was manageable. There were many deer in the yard early in the morning as well.

Summary: This cabin is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay with friends. The beds are comfortable. Hot tub clean. Plenty of games in the game room for entertainment for ages preschool through adults. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back and hope to stay in this cabin again. Owners have done an excellent job and have a beautiful place.

Summary: Wonderful property! Very clean and nice features such as hot tub, fire pit, lots of games to play and amazing back deck with pretty view of the fall. Would rebook if come back to this area.

Summary: What a wonderful cabin. Close enough to town yet secluded enough to give you a real sense of being out in the mountains. Downtown Elijah is 8min away, Downtown Blueridge is 20min. Want to visit Chattanooga or Atlanta? Both are roughly 1.5hr drive. Love wine? There are 15+ wineries within 30min of the cabin. The inside is basically brand new with us wondering if we were the first to ever sleep there. Deer could be seen right outside almost every morning and the firefly’s come to life at night. We stayed 9 days with our 15yr old daughters and 85lb Golden and don’t regret one minute of it. The driveway is super steep but our mini van had no issues so don’t let that steer you away from this gem.
