Positive: Very clean, great location right off 95 but very quiet, and a good price, with breakfast included. I like that there was laminate flooring and no carpet in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Nice that the window corps be opened. Also nice that breakfast runs until 10 - other hotels often close breakfast at 9. Breakfast bar had a good variety, including a waffle iron to make your own waffles.
Negative: The hotel was pet-friendly. We reserved 2 rooms, and in one, there was a very noticeable, unpleasant odor of pet urine that had been neutralized with a cleaner. (Any dog owner knows the odor!) Airing the room with open window didn't help. Since we had 2 rooms next to each other, we didn't ask to change rooms. The room was also oddly damp, even though the AC was running. We had the temp at 70 while awake and down to 67-68 for sleeping. The sheets felt oddly damp, as soon as we arrived, and a towel hung in the room overnight was damp all over the next morning. Clothes hung became slightly damp and even the floor on our second (last) morning! Our neighboring room didn't notice this. I reported it when checking out - I don't know if the clerk understood the problem but said they were going to fix it. I searched the problem online and found that improperly functioning AC can fail to remove humidity, leaving surfaces damp. Quality of the breakfast was about what you'd expect, considering the price. Plastic tableware, pre-prepared, then heated patties of scrambled eggs, packets of instant oatmeal. A pitcher of cold water would have been nice. Had to go to opposite end of lobby for filtered water station, where water was not cold.
Summary: Good value for the money, problem with AC in our room, keep in mind it's pet-friendly....

Negative: Morning breakfast was not very good. Small room to get food and a lot of people climbing over each other to get what they wanted. Not a lot of choice.

Negative: Beds were too soft. Hallway has poor sound proofing. We could hear people walking down the hall and talking.
