Summary: My friends and I have had a girls weekend at this home twice now. Walking distance to downtown Niantic and close to the beach. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and everything was very clean. The owner, Liz, was super easy to reach.

Summary: I couldn't have asked for a more responsive host than Liz, who is a marvelous and friendly communicator. The beach, as promised, is a only a brief walk away, and the house is not only beautiful but extremely comfortable, and filled with lots of "extras" to make the stay even more enjoyable.
