Summary: the overnight stay was for a break from a long car ride from ottawa for a medical appt. THANK YOU! for the free stay for our fur baby! thank you! 🙂 the beds were comfy, room was clean but an update would be beneficial.

Summary: My reservation stated a 1st floor room but when we arrived there were no rooms available on the 1st floor. My husband and I are older and have difficulty using the stairs and this Hotel had no elevator. We tried to find another hotel nearby but all of them were full. We ended up keeping our original booking and the Hotel had someone carry our heavy item up the stairs. The Hotel also gave us vouchers for breakfast at the on site's restaurant. Which we enjoyed very much. The lounge charged more for drinks and food than at the on site restaurant. The outdoor patio by the pool was relaxing. The pool was a bit cloudy but looked clean. The hot tub had clearer water and was clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Overall we were happy with our 2 day stay.

Summary: Unfortunately there were a few issues with the bathroom. The toilet was very noisy after flushing and the door to the bathroom was hard to close. When we looked at it, we noticed that it was rotting.

Summary: BW NBay is our go-to in North Bay. Pool, hot tub, restaurant, bar, all day coffee and walking distance to the Crown and Beaver. And reasonable rates.

Summary: There was a hockey tournament when i stayed 3 niggts here, it was loud, slamming doors till wee hours, i called front desk they just said there was a hockey tournament and apologized, i also had booked a bottom floor hotel room, when i got there they gave me a room upstairs, i had told them i booked a room on first floor that I just had surgery on my ankles all they said was they were full, was disappointing.

Summary: The Manager Cindy and her team were amazing. Cindy was incredibly patient in dealing with Hotels.com’s error with the booking and its staff who wrote that they’d called and weren’t able to change things because of the hotel when they had not. The final operator at Hotels.com did a great job delivering. Cindy and her team looked after the 15 of us along with the 100+ guests that took part in the martial arts weekend. Next time I come to North Bay and if I’m hosting an event I know where I will be doing it.
