Summary: My time at BW WPB was one to remember but not all great reasons. Unfortunately my family and I had to deal with these tiny flies (looked like fruit flies) that were found in certain areas of the room including bathroom. I wish I could upload the videos I have, it would provide a better description of what I’m referring to. There was an exterminator who helped spray the areas, and we did not see anything for rest of that day, but by our second day a couple more flies appeared and it was too late to change rooms.Definitely had to shake out clothing and other items to not bring any tiny bugs home.

Summary: Service at front counter was good. Room was clean- at poolside, had a bit of pool odor in the room. The bathroom faucet has some leaking- told the guy about it when we checked out. I could hear outside activity when trying to sleep

Summary: The staff member from front desk to housekeeper to maintenance to the shuttle bus driver. They were all amazing, friendly, helpful great customer service.

Summary: I really enjoy this hotel. My family and I traveled for a convention and it's within close proximity to the location. We enjoy the courtyard and pool area as well as the complementary breakfast. My complaints have to do with the condition of the room, specifically the bathroom, and the AC unit. The bathroom had caulking all over the shower and sink area. There was a slight humid smell, not too bothersome but definitely noticeable. The carpet should be removed or at least replaced wirh a different pattern, it makes the room feel dingy and dated. The AC struggles to keep up with the South Fl heat and it was full of dust, probably the reason it struggled. I did not complain to the staff as the condition wasn't terrible but I'll definitely think twice before booking here again. We haved stayed here before, in another room and it was in much better condition (still with the dingy carpet). Hopefully owners take note of my comments and start remodeling. Such quaint, cozy, and beautiful surroundings deserve a better room experience.

Summary: Ended up staying here because of the positive reviews, and was not disappointed. Granted this isn’t the most glamorous hotel in West Palm Beach, but staff were friendly, the room was clean, AC worked well, beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was a welcome surprise, and by far my favorite service they offered was a one time $35 shuttle service payment which granted you the ability to shuttle anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel for the duration of your stay. I saved a lot on ubers just because of this service. Definitely would come back and stay here in the future.

Summary: When we walked in the lobby, we were a little nervous. The lobby was not a place that felt immediately comfortable. The staff were very helpful though and the area outside in the courtyard was absolutely gorgeous! It would be a wonderful place to stay for people who are going to spend time at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest asking for a room that faced the courtyard if you go. To top it off, I accidentally left a book for a class I was taking there and they mailed it back to me. That went above and beyond and I appreciated it!
