Summary: The location was great, other than that everything else was pretty dissappointing for the price. To start the bed was very old, noisy, and uncomfortable. Rust was forming on the sprinkler heads in the bathroom and you could see mold growing on the shower tiles... The dehumidifier was obnoxiously loud. Noticed people smoking weed on the outside lounge area, pretty sure that is not legal in Palm Beach... My biggest complaint was that the host did not communicate with us at all when we needed something simple as more towels since we were only given two fir three nights and a plug to actually use the bathtub... I'd try another unit, because this is not the one.

Summary: The hotel is conviniently located with great restaurants and museums nearby. It is a very old property, part condo and part hotel . The bathrooms could use a remodeling , the floors and lobby . The pool is small .

Summary: It was the first time I’ve ever stayed any place that I had to take out my own garbage before I left and when I asked them for Kleenex, they said they couldn’t get it for me.

Summary: It was a great location, parking is a little difficult. They have complimentary valet but it was always full. I had to work hard to get a parking placard. When I did it expired in the middle of my stay. This placard allows you to park a few blocks away. Not ideal for quick coming and going. You can park overnight on the street though so I just made it a point to leave and be gone all day. Walkable shops and coffee and beautiful area. I felt safe which was my main goal.

Summary: Nice place. No restaurants close for family dining. The walk to the beach was much longer than we had expected. The condo was very nice, however there was no dishwasher, washer or dryer. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The hours are dawn to dusk and strictly enforced. We had granddaughters with us that would have enjoyed evening swimming. Overall this is a beautiful old building and a nice place to stay.
