Summary: This hotel needs major updates and the staff needs to be educated on simple things like AC and Heat. AC was from 1982 and the filter probably hasn't been change since then. Breakfast made me sick. Carpet was sticky and needs replaced. Bathroom was fairly good. Walls need patched and painted. Etc. I paid way to much for the poor shape of this hotel. Very disappointed wont be giving them my money. Now the thing I did like was my room location.

Summary: This hotel is not in great shape. Carpets had stains, tub tap dripped and air conditioning was super loud. Overall, quite disappointing.

Summary: Toilets (inside the room and in the basement) weren't good, flushing took a while and multiple attempts to flush completely. Pillows weren't comfortable, too puffy and not firm. Elevators was too old, my kids were scared when taking the elevator but they had no choice because we lived on high floor.
