Summary: We had two rooms booked for our family for a softball tournament this weekend. We arrived at the hotel to check in, and were surprised and frustrated to be told that we couldn’t pay with a debit card. We travel all over Ontario, Michigan and Ohio. We always give our credit card for incidentals, but pay the room fees with debit. I went through all my emails from the hotel and I did not see that information anywhere.

Summary: I’ve been travelling regularly with my daughter throughout Canada and the US for the last several years. This was truly one of the best and welcoming stays. I can remember. From the check-in to the room, comfort room and common area cleanliness and positive experiences with concierge.

Summary: We had a great stay again, the restaurant there is amazing, the food delicious. The only thing l have to say the frig in our room was very loud, never thought to unplug it. Other than that it’s a great hotel to stay when we are in town and very pet friendly too Thank you to the staff 😊 Rick & Bonny and Scrappy &Scooby too

Summary: Easy check-in, friendly staff and accommodating, was given an upgraded room, beds very comfortable. Cost very reasonable Unfortunately at breakfast there was a staff shortage Staff shortages seem to be a problem everywhere We have stayed here a few times when travelled to this area
