Positive: We like that it had sliding patio doors and that we were able to park right outside our room.
Negative: It was a bit run downed and our card lock key was temperamental
Summary: It was great value for the price we paid and loved that breakfast was included.

Positive: Location, easy access to family. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.
Negative: The halls and rooms all smelled of smoke. They only cleaned the room every 2 days.
Summary: I would stay at this hotel again because of the location and the price.

Negative: - My room was upgraded to a king's suite with a soaking tub. The tub had a crack in it so I had to change to a Queen suite and that tub wasn't as great. It was a respite weekend for me and I didn't have the respite that I needed. - Having nothing to help carry my luggage into my room was a huge cause A lot of physical pain to me. Actually, I am disabled. I have health issues and not having something that I could use to bring my luggage to my room. Was a huge inconvenience but also caused me grave pain. And then when I HAD to change rooms I had requested help and nobody COULD to help. - The door that was closest for me to park too so that I can load my vehicle wasn't working It wouldn't unlock and I had to try to put something in the door to hold it open and staff wouldn't help me find something to keep the door ope or help me by holding the door n so that I can move my luggage in and out of my vehicle into my room. - the hallway Smelt like vomit, and the vomit garbage bag was outside the room the whole weekend. I got there on the Friday night and there is a garbage bag outside of a room door And when I left sunday morning , that garbage bag was still there on the floor in front of that room.... When I got switched rooms, there was nothing to help me or Give me extra security being a single female with the patio doors. There was a lot of things that made that place unsafe for single women to travel to.

Positive: Smoking room available. Restaurant on site, although the mixed drinks were a little pricey.
Negative: When I checked in the room was freezing - they could have had the thermostat set above 51 degrees when they knew a guest was checking into the room
