Summary: The facilities were clean and safe. Among the many positive moments of my stay, I most appreciated the pleasant interactions with BW staff I encountered. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Her name is Ryanne. Unfortunately, I did not learn the name of the second staff member I would like to mention. She was the server in your BW restaurant that evening - pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I expect to be in Grand Falls again soon and look forward to my stay.

Summary: Door of first room wouldn’t open. Door of second room wouldn’t open. Was then open by employée. Elevator non functional. Took stairs to third floor.

Summary: Well kept and great option for the area. Breakfast is no longer included, we didn’t get the room we requested but one that was similar and the supply room must have been beside our bedroom because they were very loud in the morning getting their carts ready to start cleaning! All in all we would stay again though as it’s clean.

Summary: An overnight pitstop on the way to Moncton. I found the bed too soft so has a restless sleep. Other than that, the location was good and across the road from a gas bar and Tim Hortons so that was great. Like everything after the last 4 years, the prices I found were a bit high given there's no free breakfast included any longer.

Summary: We only stayed one night and it was exactly what we needed: a comfortable bed. The corridors were dirty, but the room seemed clean (I've learned not too look too close). We were a bit disappointed in the on-site "lounge" and "restaurant," which had no ambiance or character. Nothing you would want to hang out in. We were planning to grab a quick coffee and breakfast, but there was a long line to order and at 10 a.m. they shut the kitchen down. So we went to that famous Canadian standard, Tim Horton, which is across the street.
