Summary: Easy access. Near town, right on the river. Nice view of the river. Easy to pop into town for food and such. Pleasant host.

Summary: Second time at the riverview house! We started and ended our 2 months trip to the Îles-de-la-Madeleine in this house. We feel safe and enjoy our time a lot in here!

Summary: Stayed for total eclipse and it was a perfect spot. One queen and two twins with large common space was just enough space for 4 adults and large dog. Kitchen was large enough to cook though we squeezed around a two seater round table. Large bathroom and laundry a big plus. Took full advantage of sunny days and accessed trans Canadian trail from the back door. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful value. Did not realize property was duplex but we never heard any other people.

Summary: We very much enjoyed the semi detached home with awesome views. While not much of an issue for us, the only (very small critics) are no TV and borders a busy road. That said, the wifi is excellent and The town rolls up the sidewalks early, we had our windows open all night and not an issue post 9pm. Perth-Andover is a great little town with anything you need. The space is very clean with comfortable beds, everything listed available, well manicured grounds and a very quick response from Sharilyn during booking and check in. Recommend if you’re looking for a place that accepts a small pet and a family of up to six. The price is compatible to motels in the area for a 2 adult room and pet. We would have need 2 of those.
