Summary: Loved the free full hot breakfast bar and the 24 hour free specialty coffee and the shuttle to the airport. Better with Best Western, Yahoo 😀

Summary: Beds were too high and hard to get into. Also asked for handicap rooom and first floor due to my wife being handicapped. Lady at desk said they didn’t get these requests but I listed them on the Hotel site. She was able to get us a first floor room though. The lady was acting quite tired due to working a double shift. Asked for a roll away bed but desk lady said the mgr had the key to the room were they were but was off .

Summary: New renovated. Clean Has a freezer (important for Ice packs) a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a smart tv. Bed is comfy and a variety of pillows offered depending on preference

Summary: Had a late flight and needed a place to spend a few hours. Chose this hotel on pictures of pool area and price. Pool pictures were highly deceptive - shows lounge chairs in photo, but reality is 4 beat up seating chairs and a rickety table.

Summary: They were doing a refurbishment of the hallways, so we were kind of leery until we got to our room. Wow! Room was completely refurbished. Fantastic room. Same with front desk lady. So, friendly and performed her duties above and beyond expectations.

Summary: The elevator was out of service and had been that way for many days. Our room was on the fourth floor. Not very convenient for a 66 and 64 couple. One of the employees did carry one of our suitcases up to the fourth floor that was very helpful. In the room the bathtub leet water constantly could not turn it off. The air conditioner rattled and did not cool the room very well. The exit door to the stairwell you had to hit it very hard to get it open and every time someone went out or in he woke you up. In the shower surround it had a large crack that stuck out you could get cut on it. On the good side the bed was very comfortable and the room looked very neat and tidy.

Summary: They are in the process of remodeling. We were in a remodeled room which was very nice. The breakfast room was very clean and everything was very fresh, looking and nicely organized with a fairly good selection. The staff was very pleasant.
