Summary: I always check under mattresses for bugs, no bugs here, but we did find someone's adult toy. Super awkward to have explain to my 13 yo daughter.

Summary: Check in took a while because there wasn’t any staff at front desk. The 2 staffs were in the back kitchen or something. I waited at least 10 minutes until they both came out from the kitchen to check me in. Before coming to check in my husband called and asked what the pool hours were and the lady who answered the phone said “dusk til dawn”… Okay what it that supposed to mean???… Breakfast we didn’t get to try because we checked out early due to our flight. Sorry to say I’ll have to do a 3⭐️ staffs wasn’t helpful.

Summary: Springhill Suites by Marriott Orlando North/ Sanford was wonderful! The staff was friendly, the lobby was inviting, the room was clean, beds comfortable and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again! This trip was a very short trip, in and out, and I wish I could have stayed longer just to really soak it in a lot more.

Summary: Great service at check-in! He took note of our early flight time to be sure coffee was going and to have a few grab-and-go breakfast items ready. He also upgraded our room with an extra bed for our 2 teens and offered a coupon to the Texas Roadhouse nearby.
