Positive: It was 85%empty when we showed up at 8.30am..1hr before 9.30 closing... No eggs, meat, waffle batter, yogurt, bread etc.. Front Mgr found whoever and restocking took 30-40 mins.

Negative: Keys had to be renewed 4 times in 2 days Bugs in bath area Breakfast not being ready slows everyone down Both nights we were there we heard other people checking in that had been checked into occupied or still dirty rooms..

Summary: Not up to BW standards..mgr tried hard but seems to have limited help.

Negative: Front desk girl acted like I was inconveniencing her when I walked up to the desk to check in.

Positive: The staff was very friendly, location was great. Our room was quiet and clean. Free decent breakfast

Negative: The facilities was in need of major repairs. Our room had torn curtains, damaged furniture and plumbing. The bathroom fan didn’t work.
