Summary: Room was clean. Arrangement of the sofa bed was awkward. Fully extended, it blocked a person from being able to get out of their side of the king size bed in the room. We moved the sofa so that we could fully extend it for the 3rd person, and be able to get out of our bed. In doing so, it blocks the hot tub from being able to be used in the room. The sofa bed is so heavy that you only want to move it once. The shower offers soft water, therefore the shower tub setup was extremely slippery. Breakfast buffet...Options were limited and bagels and muffins went quickly and even going a half an hour after the buffet started there was hardly anything left. Hot options were barely touched. Cereal only had three options and two of them were Cheerios. One of the dispensers was missing a handle so I literally had to spoon the cereal out of the top of the dispenser in order to get some. Only one ice machine in the entire place worked, had another one but it wasn't even plugged in/on. Probably will not stay here again.

Summary: Not sure why this hotel was rated as excellent. It was fine, but definitely not as nice as it sounded or looked in the pictures. The breakfast & seating area was very small & squishy if more than just a few people were there. The room had some kind of odor that we couldn’t ever pinpoint & the carpets in the hallways and our room seemed pretty dirty. We stayed in several hotels within the week & this one was the worst of them all.

Summary: The front desk staff we great. The bathroom in the room had molding shower area wallpaper and the vent was hanging on by a thread. The beds were pretty comfy, I'm a side sleeper and usually have problems with hotel beds. The breakfast: which started at 6am, while free had some issues. 1. Floors in eating area very dirty at 6am. 2. Not all food was available at 6am. 3. Waffle maker was dirty and I had to clean it before use. Walmart was close and some various fast foods.

Summary: The front desk was very nice and tried to help the first room smelled so bad we requested a different room the second room was better but still smelled bad. Maybe carpet cleaner or disinfectant. My daughter had to cover her nose. I slept with the sheet over my head opened the window.

Summary: Carpet in halls looks old and dirty but there were large rolls of carpet in the lobby so it might be getting replaced. I had a pet friendly room with no carpet but it smelled musty, like it was mopped with dirty water or something, maybe not mopped. I did not take ducks off.

Summary: This is a nice hotel next to an Applebee's restaurant. The only issue I had was that the pool was marked closed. The staff told me that the heat was out in the pool and that was why it was closed and she did let us go in and use it anyway. Of course, the pool was freezing, and the Hot Tub was way too hot.
