Summary: I got sick from drinking the filtered water they provide next to the ice machine.The hotel is fairly busy and seems understaffed. There was a line to check in and any time we needed anything from the front desk. The room is updated and clean. The property is nice and maintained.

Summary: The hotel was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice. The restaurant was reasonably priced for breakfast and the food was delicious and staff was very friendly. The only thing was that they didn’t clean the room or change towels at all on a 3 night stay, which wasn’t a big deal. You could ask for it and we didn’t. The check in was chaotic, because many people were checking in at the same time, and there was only one person working at the front desk. But he did the best he could and remained very friendly.

Summary: Very clean. Comfortable bed. AC was set to 78 (too hot for us) when we arrived. It took about 12 hours to get down to 70 after we turned it down. Friendly helpful staff. Good food at restaurant.

Summary: I was in the city for a concert at the Armory and always try to stay at the Normandy. We had a great room and service for our trip. Fast and easy check in and out.

Summary: What a gem in the heart of the city! Beautiful space, great service & comfortable room. They even put out milk & cookies in the evenings for a bedtime treat!

Summary: The Normandy is a classic, beautiful hotel. Our only problem was getting housekeeping to come in to tidy our room during our five nights stay. The restaurant is currently more of a bar with food, but the food is delicious. Very nice ambience. The swimming pool and hot tub and sauna are the best I’ve ever seen in any of the many hotels we have stayed in.
