Summary: Our stay went smoothly. The staff was polite and friendly. The only issue we had was that we booked a King room and when we arrived it was no longer available. I booked months in advance on hotels.com. We got a room with two queens. The rooms were cool and comfortable. The blackout curtains helped me sleep better than I have in months. It’s close to lots of fun activities.

Summary: My wife finished a conference and flew into Grand rapids. I drove up for a vacation for us 2. We weren't sure what to expect as neither of us never been to Grand rapids before but I had booked our stay at the staybridge suites weeks and weeks in advance. Everything was excellent. All the staff was very accommodating and kind. The city of Grand rapids was gorgeous. This was one of the best vacations my wife and I have ever had. Thank you staybridge suites of Grand rapids. You truly are a shining star. Highly recommended.

Summary: Had a food social event on the tuesday and wednesday as well as a breakfast every morning. During our stay we used the pool and fitness area which were kept perfectly clean. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was extremely polite and personable all around a great experience.

Summary: Customer service at checking was bad. We arrived at 2.30, instead of telling us the room wasn't ready, they tried to put us in a smaller room without adjusting the rate. Was told our room wouldn't be ready til 3.30, so we had to leave and come back. Upon return they didn't know if room was ready, and couldn't figure out how to assign the room in their computer system. Didn't get settled until after 4pm. Most disappointing thing was the shower and lack of water pressure. We were very disappointed

Summary: Everything was beautiful, only thing that gives 4 star was. Fire pit was not working and the electric outlet on the window side of bed did not work either. But everything else was amazing. Thank you

Summary: Great stay here, the hotel is new so everything is clean and fresh. Beds were very comfy and overall just a great stay. Pool is a bit small but wasn’t there for that. Overall I would book here again when I visit
