Summary: The hotel itself isnt bad. Dont try to "pay at the hotel" they charge your card days before with no notice. The Manager at the front when i walked in to check in was rude and without saying a word and me halfway into telling her i had a reservation just stuck her hand out for my cards and when i went to hand them to her she snatched them. She has a scowl on her face the entire time and when you try to ask question she just responds with a very rude statement back to you. I will never be back because customers staying at an establishment deserve to be treated nicely if theyve done nothing wrong or been unfair to the person working the counter. Antwan was very polite when i spoke to him on the phone and at the front desk. From now on i will just take my business where it is appreciated.
