Positive: They had a pool and an outside seating area that was lovely for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and Raza, who picked us up from the airport, was so cheerful and welcoming. The breakfast included was delicious - we enjoyed the smoothie bowls each morning. We had a whole balcony to ourselves, and the room had excellent air conditioning. There was a M-Mart right next door, and you are close enough to the hustle and bustle of Canngu without being directly in the loud, busy centre, which is nice.
Negative: The room felt quite dirty. There was knotted hair on the floor, along with some strands in the bed and on our towels, which made it seem like it hadn't been properly cleaned. We had a room that shared a bathroom with someone else. The lock system was really annoying and difficult to use, making it hard to lock and unlock the bathroom door on the other person's side, but they did fix this when it was mentioned. On our third night, there was a guest staying in the other room who was talking on the phone very loudly, and he left the bathroom door open, so it was a awkward surprise when I opened our bathroom door at 5am. and saw him lying on his bed with the door open. (Maybe he didn't realise it was shared)

Positive: I really liked the large and comfortable bedroom with the clean bathroom on top. The staff was super kind, always helpful and delivered a delicious breakfast in the morning. The garden area was incredible. It has a super location to get fast to the city and the beach. Our surf lesson was so much fun with a great teacher. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Beta Stay & Surf is such a lovely place – we felt at home right away 🌊✨ The team is awesome and super welcoming, which made our stay really special. The location is quiet, the rooms are cozy, and having a fully equipped kitchen plus a shared living room made everything so easy and comfortable. Breakfast is included, which was a great start to every day. We really enjoyed our time here, and everyone was always helpful whenever we needed something. Such a great space for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. 💛
