Summary: The property was pretty much as advertised. My issue is the entry way room with the dining table and the first floor bedroom are very cold even with the portable heater running. We never got that space to get over 62 degrees. The Rannai wall unit never came on. Also please provide a small instruction list of how to run the appliances/tv, etc. Plenty of spider webs (ceiling corners) to be removed.

Summary: Very walkable for restaurants and the grocery store. The large room with the king bed and TV is upstairs while the bedroom with the standard bed, bathroom, dining area and kitchen are downstairs. Nicely equipped. My only complaint is that there are lots of light switches that don’t seem to do anything. Lighting was fine. But it took a bit of an effort to figure out initially.

Summary: Annual snowboard trip with friends. First time coming to Maine. The house was just a 13 minute drive to Sunday River. Quiet neighborhood and right across the street from the grocery store. Would definitely stay there again.
