Very bright and sunny thanks to its big 20 m2 terrace with a pleasant hill view. Very confortable with a leather sofa bed in the living room with a real mattress, 2 mattresses in the bedroom ( separate but joignable ), air conditionning in all rooms (bedroom, living room, veranda), super rapid fiber internet wifi, well equiped american kitchen, bathroom and decorated with care for detail.

Summary: The apartment is as described. Very good location, close to everything, it's clean and the air condition works properly. The bathroom door makes a noise when closed whisch at night is disturbin. The host answer was to leave it open when used to avoid the noise. Make sure you read the contract hidden in "messages to host".In the contract, the check in is 2-6 pm. The host wants to be present on arrival.My flight arrived late, around 8:30 pm and the host said no way she will come to let me in and suggested to " see you next morning in front of the building". So, I should get a hotel for a night or sleep on the stairs??. Thank God I had a friend who lives close to Cannes and came during the check in hours to pick up the key.

Summary: This is our second time staying at the Van der Wal family's apartment in Cannes. The welcome was always very nice and warm. The apartment is clean, large and very well equipped, nothing is missing. Checking in and out was very easy. It doesn't get any better than that. The apartment is very well located so that the beach, water, food stores, parking lot and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Just very practical and effective. The family takes care of their guests and is there for any help. Thank you again and we wish you all the best.

Summary: Just returned from a fantastic ten night break in this great apartment. The location is excellent just 5 mins from the beach , a great supermarket and right around the corner from Rue d'Antibes and some great shops. The apartment is just as the photographs and very well equipped with everything you need right down to beach towels and a beach bag. It is spotlessly clean as was all of the bedding. Prior to our arrival the owner kept in touch and check in and check out was very easy . They were also very accomodating in allowing us a late check out on the last day. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cannes . I will certainly make a return visit .

Summary: Here we found everything we needed and wished. A very nice combination of central location, beautiful view, proximity of supermarkets and beach, comfort for both parents and children as well as friendliness of hosts. A great place to spend a week or a couple in Cannes.

Summary: The apartment is really nice, attention to detail, the kitchen is well equipped, and the towels and bed linen are very clean and refined. Cleaning the house is really good. The location is great, close to beaches and shops. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and available for any information or advice. Definitely recommended !!

Summary: 1) Russian: ochen' horoshiy apartament! mesto, vsio nuzhnoe est' (utyug, plita, i tak dalee), klassnaya vanna, akkuratno vsio, krasiviy vid, veranda, airco horoshee, dazhe balkon est'. 2) Dutch: een zeer mooie appartement, goed verzorgd, je hebt echt wel alles, een sjike badkamer, helemaal nieuw, locatie super in centrum, veilige buurt, goede airco's, gezellig! 3) English: Very good apartment, very well kept, you've got what you need there and even more!, location perfect, wonderful view, safe, good airco's, cosy, good value for that money! new great bathroom 4) Francais: l'apartment tres jolie!, tres propre, claire!, la location - j'adore, la vue formidable, tous ce qu'on a besoin est la, bien equippé, les airco's marchent tres bien! Summary: "A very well equipped and very well presented apartment and helpful owners who are nearby and available. Very well located for railway and the beach,restaurant and night life areas. Parking is something of a problem and certainly inconvenient so this is a better bet for someone without a vehicle . There''s a certain amount of street noise though the main bedroom is not on the street so that''s acceptable.The lift is small and slow. The faults are very minor compared to the advantages and if we go again to Cannes we''ll likely rebook here."
