This renovated, light and airy studio apartment is situated in the heart of Cannes.
Perfectly located for either business or holiday stays with or without a car. Very well situated, just around the corner from the prestigious shopping street Rue d’Antibes, it is 2 mins walk from the beautiful Croisette, private and public beaches, restaurants, casinos, theatres and approx 5 mins walk from the Palais des Festivals.
Fine dining, cafes and bars on the doorstep, with the daily market just 200m stroll for delicious fresh and local produce. Two mini-supermarkets are just around the corner.
The train and bus stations are nearby, providing easy access to the whole of the French Riviera and Provence: Nice (30min), Monaco (1hr), St Paul de Vence (45min), San Rémo (1h 45min). The water taxis to St Tropez and the Isles de Lerins can be reached by foot in a few minutes and provide a delightful day out.
The coach service from Nice airport runs every 30min to nearby bus station.
CITIES/TOWNS: • City of Monaco and Monte Carlo is 45min by car. There is also a local train which can get you there

Summary: We had a lovely holiday in this cosey apartment in Cannes. Stayed for a week, and we where very pleased. Very clean apartment. Superb for a couple. Close to both supermarket for self catering and shopping. Great thanks to Assya who was very service minded both on arrival and during our stay. Would love to come back on an other occasion, and would definately recommend this apartment to other couples.

Summary: My friend and I had a week in this perfect apartment. The place is just as described, if not better. Maya and Fiona were both very welcoming. Fiona met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. The location could not be better, it is just off the main shopping street (and WHAT a shopping street it is!), and close to the beach. Both the sofa bed and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen is clean and nice and has everything you need, and there is a large balcony. All in all the perfect place to stay in Cannes, I would not hesitate to rent this place again!

Summary: My sister and I stayed at this studio apartment and it had everything we could possibly need for our stay in Cannes! Maya was extremely helpful before and during our trip, answering all our questions quickly and professionally. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well-kept. The balcony features a beautiful view of the sea and we ate every meal there. The apartment is in a great area, a short walk away from the beach, with many shops and restaurants. A small grocery store is located around the corner and the train station is only a few blocks away. Fiona was also friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cannes. Our stay there was one of the highlights of our trip and I hope to come again!

Summary: We had a great time in this appartment. Everything was very clean.The location of the appartment is great! In the middle of the centre of this beautiful city! In a few minutes you are at the beach and the lovely boulevard.In the little streets behind the boulevard, you have a lot of little restaurants with very nice and cheap menu's.
