Summary: Nice tiny home to stay in for 2 adults. Close to lake and state park pass was a nice addition. Bed is a little old and veru noisy and under the bed hasnt been cleaned recently was reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Summary: My husband, me and our 2 dogs stayed for a few days in June and we had a blast. The house is about 7 minutes from Devils Fork state park and a park pass was included with the house. The lake is great and so was the house. It was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Our cell phone service was surprisingly good here (we have Verizon). Some areas near the state park don't have great cell service but it was fine here. The internet at the house was also good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. If you bring a boat like we did the driveway is a little tight but if you have a smaller boat you can make it work. The host was nice and responsive. There is a little rv campground in front of the tiny house but it was nice and quiet during our stay. I have no complaints and would recommend booking this house

Summary: Cabin was tiny ( which was expected) however, couch and bed extremely uncomfortable. The biggest issue was we were told that it was ok to park the boat next to the cabin. You can park it, but backing it down to the cabin was extremely dangerous. Drop off on both side of driveway and many trees. I’m glad my husband has experience with backing down mountains and tight areas with a boat. I would recommend, especially if you have a boat. It was convenient to Devils Fork State park .

Summary: This tiny house was exactly what we needed. Not a lot of room, but that was expected. Every space was used wisely. Modern kitchen with everything we needed. What a nice treat to have a crate provided. We will be back!
