Summary: A group of 8 of us stayed here after riding down from Schenectady on our bikes. The house was large enough and with the # of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well. The listing did not specifically note that the house actually had 3 separate living areas, but this ended up being OK. The location is just a short walk to DF train station where we took the Hudson line into, and back from, NYC. I give the house and location high grades. The one big issue was the lack of timely communication with the Host. There also was confusion in the listing about the pricing that neither Vrbo or the Host remedied. Great house, but difficult to deal with an untimely Host.

Summary: This was a first for us to take such a big trip and the stay was amazing. The place was perfect - plenty of room! Lots of bathrooms, clean, and in a great location. We walked to the train each day with ease. Our host was so attentive and provided a lot of great information about the area and visiting NYC. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: We could not have asked for a better home for our weekend trip! We had a rather large group of 14 people getting together for a reunion weekend. David's home was perfect for what we needed. It had plenty of space, was tidy and clean and very modern! We headed into the Bronx for a football game at Yankee Stadium. The Dobbs Ferry train station is about a 10 minute walk from the house which was great! David's house is perfect for a smaller group traveling to the area, or a large group like ours! David made it easy to communicate and provided lots of instructions to help make the stay go smoothly. We will definitely be keeping this house in mind for future reunions and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!
