Positive: Great location and easy to walk to everything. Pleasant new owner who has updated shower head, refrigerator and coffee maker. Quiet location.

Negative: Bed is too soft and we rolled together in the middle of the bed. More outlets needed so a power strip would work well. It’s a small but cozy room.
