Summary: Hilton can do better than. This bathroom shower/combo has not been updated since the 80s. There was no clearance to shut the door from the toilet area and the rest of the space while standing there. Reserved a Mtn view room and when I checked in my room was viewing a roof and side wall. I was politely moved to an almost view room…still roof and building siding but Mtns in the background. Stay here but with low expectations.

Summary: Great two day retreat for a family of four adults and two dogs. Our spacious two queen suite was a great size for every member to find a spot of their own to relax. Management welcomed our two dogs and we did not pay an "arm and a leg" to bring them. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Summary: Was moved between 3 different rooms and the AC could not cool below 78. It was mid 90s outside that day in Buffalo. Staff just simply said the AC could not do more than a 3 degree cool down. Staff blamed us for not knowing how to use the thermostat, yet they couldn't get it to work either. Didn't offer to move us to a room on the cool side of the building. Let us stay in a room that was 78 all night until after 8am when the room finally cooled down to 75. The AC is woefully inadequate for that size room (king suite) and only runs for 8 minutes then off for 20+. Rooms need a better sized AC but GM/Management Group is too cheap to upgrade properly.

Summary: Breakfast was standard and good for a hotel breakfast. The hotel was overall nice and easy to get to from the interstate - the room was nice and the cookies were a nice touch!

Summary: Good location, not right on the interstate highway so it was quiet. Breakfast was very good, and breakfast room nice and clean. Would go back.

Summary: Huge room, quiet. Comfortable. Helpful friendly staff. Great price. I only wish breakfast hours ended at 10 am instead of 9am. Also find a neutral news channel rather than Fox “News”. Otherwise everything was just great!!!
