This historic Arts and Crafts style house, built in 1910, with a mid-century modern interior, is located in the hip and trendy area of Southtown in the Lavaca historic neighborhood adjacent to elegant and leafy King William, one of the oldest and grandest neighbourhoods in Texas.
It has a bright and sunny tiled front porch and the bamboo-lined backyard, ready for al fresco lounging in the warm sunshine. Your own little oasis.
There is a huge, fully equipped kitchen with a brand new Samsung french door refrigerator and a gorgeous bathroom with a dramatic freestanding bath, as well as a tiled shower room. We’ve also got a fantastic laundry room with a new Samsung Washer and Dryer, as well as private parking, with the added security of a Nest floodlight in the driveway at night.
You can get downtown in just a few minutes by car, or easily walk to the famous Riverwalk, the Blue Star Arts Centre, or the many cool and buzzing restaurants of Southtown, as well as Freetail Brewery, our local micro brew, just a short walk down the street. There are also convenient buses along South Presa or South St Mary’s to our vibrant Downtown, La Villita, the Convention Center, Riverwalk and the Alamo, as well as to our Museums and the Pearl District in growing Midtown, or you can easily drive or take a bus south to the historic 18th C UNESCO Heritage Site Spanish Missions.

Summary: Our family came for our son’s BMT graduation. This place was about 20 minutes from Lackland and very convenient for all the tourist attractions San Antonio has to offer. My son felt relaxed in this home and I was so happy to have a place for him to come to after all those weeks of military training that wasn’t a hotel. It was big enough to space out and hangout. High ceilings, great low lighting and just over all a great vibe! Clean, comfortable and quiet neighborhood with city life in the distance. Completely private back yard and felt privacy inside as well. I’d stay here again, I highly recommend this rental! My 11 year old daughter wanted us to sell our mn home and buy this one, she obviously loved it as well.

Summary: House was perfect! The location of the house to the Riverwalk was perfect for our trip! The backyard was perfect for our little dog! We would definitely book again!

Summary: My stay here was excellent! The home was beautiful, clean and everything we needed was there. A washer and dryer, iron all the necessities of home away from home. The property manager was easily available and kind. I rate this property 5 stars as the back yard was secluded and perfectly decorated! I really can’t say enough! Great experience! Loved it!
