Summary: Excellent location short walk to the Riverwalk, Alamodome, parks and restaurants, clean and spacious, nothing to improve upon. Excellent communication and instructions.

Summary: The property is very well kept and the hosts are very kind and accommodating.The neighborhood is in transition. Very eclectic. There are homes that range from brand new construction, to in the process of total renovation, to homes that are well lived in. I have stayed in this neighborhood three times so far, and would have no problem staying there again.The hosts are very nice people and very communicative. Unfortunately, we missed meeting in person.The property is described well. It is a single room, clean, well furnished and comfortable. It seems relatively new.I recommend staying here if the property fits your needs.

Summary: Cute little cottage. A little tight inside with a large mattress-beanbag thing. Just perfect enough for a quick getaway from New Braunfels. Very clean. Perfect spot for everything downtown. Would stay again if pool was cleaner.
