Summary: This house was even more beautiful than pictures depict. It was spotless. Craig was the perfect host - close and available, but non intrusive at all. He made us feel very welcomed! We have 4 small children and the house was well-suited for them, complete with toys and all. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to get away to a quiet spot. Boat launch/dock is a little away from the house, so if planning on doing a fire after the kids go to bed, bring a baby monitor ;)

Summary: My two friends and I came up to the u.p. for a girls weekend and wanted to stay near the water. The cabin was perfect, directions given by the host were a very big help and made it super easy to find the cabin as well. We had a great time and if a chance comes to return we certainly would.

Summary: Craig was an excellent host. He introduced himself, offered advice on great local waterfalls and hikes. He lives next door but never bothered us nor did we even know they were there. Quiet and private getaway . Cabin was well stocked with all the kitchen necessities we could need. The direct tv and WiFi worked great as we worked while traveling. The grill was great at the end of the day for a relaxing dinner. If you want to eat out there’s plenty to choose from within 15-30 min easy drive. No complaints at all and would definitely return. :)

Summary: Stein Cabin could not have been more amazing! This beautiful property has the perfect location, easily accessible to city and tranquility! With trails just outside the door and an enviable deck overlooking a beautiful lake, this is one of the most relaxing places we've ever visited. The cabin itself is incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. Being able to access the deck from the bedrooms and enjoy the sunrise made it even better! Craig was a great host and provided a ton of helpful information on the area, which led us to some great adventures! We will definitely be back!

Summary: We are so glad to have had the opportunity to stay here. the host we're great very helpful and friendly. The house was very clean and well stocked. The area was quite, the sunrise over the lake was amazing. Close to a lot of places to visit. I could go on and on. All in all top of the list to return to.
